"NG" New Generation Shifter

Designed and manufactured with World Class cost cutting techniques, this control combines rugged steel components, heat treated critical areas, with a simple modular construction to produce a "New Generation" of mechanical control. This new line of control products combines the strength and reliability of our current mechanical controls with the latest in manufacturing technologies to produce a high value control system for our customers.

This new design allows for fewer and simpler parts with quicker assembly, but there are some inherent differences between the NG shifter and the standard Felsted T-Handle shifter.

• The NG shifter is not intended to be dissembled, most components are permanently secured.
• Designed for use with only 4 series, 3" travel, clamp mount cables.
• Maximum shifter travel in standard configuration is 2-1/2" (certain special configurations allow for 2-3/4" travel)
• A total of 8 hanger bracket positions are available as opposed to the typical 4 or 6.
